Is it free to download?
Yes. The app is free. Tipping is optional — you only pay if you want to support a creator.
Do I really have to be 21+?
Yes. LushLoop is built for nightlife — bars, clubs, lounges, after-hours. We require 21+ ID verification on signup, no exceptions.
How do tips work?
Pick an amount, tap send, your card gets charged through Stripe. The DJ sees your name pop up live in the stream. The money lands in their account — no waiting weeks.
What's the smallest tip I can send?
$1. Yes really. Most fans tip $5–$25. There's no required minimum to use the app at all.
Can the DJ see who tipped them?
They see the username and the amount. They never see your card info or real name unless you put it in your profile.
Is my card info safe?
We never see your card. Stripe handles every payment with bank-grade encryption — same as Uber, DoorDash, and Lyft.
What if I want to delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. Done. We wipe your data. You can also email hello@lushloop.app and we handle it.
Why isn't my city on the map?
We're rolling out city by city. DC · Maryland · Virginia · West Virginia is live. More coming. Hit us at hello@lushloop.app and tell us where you are — that's how we prioritize.
