This page covers tips, subscriptions, fees, payouts, and refunds. All payments on LushLoop are processed by Stripe. Creator payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
Tips
- Minimum tip is $1. There is no maximum.
- Suggested tip amounts: $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or custom.
- Tips are processed instantly. The creator sees the tip in real time.
- Once sent, tips are non-refundable unless there's a platform error or confirmed fraud.
Fees

So a $10 tip becomes $9 to the creator after the 10% platform fee. The fan pays exactly $10.
Subscriptions
- Fan subscription: $3/month. Unlocks unlimited tipping, no transaction surcharge, and the verified Fan badge.
- Referral bonus: $1/month per active referred user, paid as account credit.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime in Settings.
Creator payouts
- Payouts go to your Stripe Connect account in roughly 2 business days.
- Minimum payout is $10. Below that, the balance rolls into the next payout.
- You'll get a 1099-K from Stripe each year if you cross the IRS threshold.
Refunds
Tips are non-refundable except for: (a) duplicate charge from a platform bug, (b) confirmed fraud, or (c) a creator account that was later banned for safety violations within 48 hours of the tip. To request a refund, email james@lushloop.app within 30 days of the charge.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you don't recognize a charge, contact us first — most chargebacks are resolved instantly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
