If you're a DJ, performer, bartender, host, or any kind of nightlife professional getting paid through LushLoop, these terms apply to you. They're written in plain English on purpose.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to work in your country.
- You must verify your identity via Stripe Connect before your first payout.
- You agree to comply with all local laws about nightlife, alcohol, performance, and tax reporting in your area.
Your content
- You own everything you post — photos, videos, livestreams, music, clips, captions.
- You grant LushLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content inside the app and to promote LushLoop (e.g., featuring your set in a "Tonight in Atlanta" promo). We do not sell your content to third parties.
- You confirm you have the right to post anything you upload — including any music, samples, or co-performers.
Payouts & fees
- You keep 90% of every tip. LushLoop's platform fee is 10%, which covers Stripe, hosting, moderation, and payment infrastructure.
- Payouts run on Stripe Connect, typically ~2 business days after a tip clears.
- Minimum payout is $10. You'll get a Stripe 1099-K each year if you cross the IRS threshold.
Verification & badges
- The blue checkmark means we've confirmed your identity and that you're an active nightlife creator.
- Founding creators get a permanent badge and lifetime priority placement on the venue map.
- Verification can be revoked if you violate Community Guidelines.
What you agree not to do
- Impersonate another creator, brand, or venue.
- Use LushLoop to promote sex work, illegal drugs, or any activity that's illegal in your area.
- Solicit tips or payments off-platform once a fan has tipped you on LushLoop in the same session.
- Coordinate fake tips, fake follower farms, or any artificial inflation of your stats.
Termination
You can delete your creator account anytime in Settings — pending payouts will still be sent to your Stripe Connect account. We can suspend or terminate your account for violations of the Community Guidelines, and bans are permanent for safety violations.
Liability
LushLoop is a platform — we're not responsible for what creators post or what fans say in DMs. We do moderate proactively and respond to reports within 24 hours. Use of LushLoop is at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We'll post material changes here and email creators when we update these terms. Continued use of LushLoop after an update means you agree to the new version.
