LushLoop is a nightlife creator platform. We exist so DJs, performers, bartenders, and the people who love them can connect, get paid, and have a great night out. These rules keep the party safe, real, and 21+.
Who can be here
- You must be 21 or older. We verify ages on signup, and we re-verify if anything looks off.
- You must use your real identity if you're a creator. Fans can use a handle, but accounts must be tied to a real person.
What's not allowed
- Sexual content involving anyone under 21, period. No grey area.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing of any user, creator, venue, or staff.
- Selling, advertising, or coordinating illegal drugs, firearms, or paid sex work.
- Impersonating another creator, brand, or venue.
- Spam, fake tips, fake follower farms, or any attempt to game payouts.
- Recording or streaming people who didn't consent to be on camera.
Tipping & payments
- Tips are non-refundable except in cases of platform error or fraud.
- Creators keep 90% of every tip. The 10% platform fee covers Stripe, hosting, and moderation.
- Payouts arrive in roughly 2 business days via Stripe Connect.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, tap the Report button on any profile, post, or message. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Urgent safety issues — tap the same button and pick "Emergency" to escalate immediately.
Enforcement
We start with warnings for minor stuff and go straight to permanent bans for safety violations or anything involving minors. Banned accounts forfeit any unpaid balance and cannot be remade.
Updates
We'll post updates here when this policy changes. Continued use of LushLoop after a policy update means you agree to the new version.
